Snacks I Swear by...

“What are your favorite snacks?”

I get this question at least once a week! And I get it, everyone wants to know what to have or what to bring with them when they are heading out. Here are a few of my favorites snacks! I try to eat higher carb snacks on regular macro days and save nuts and higher fat snacks on low carb days.

**Of course, the BEST snacks are rooted in whole food nutrition (fruits and veggies) but these are good to fill in!
